Puff Pastry Ham & Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tblsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 pkg thinly sliced ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 lg egg (slightly beaten)

Preparation

Step 1

Roll 2 pastries out to 10" X 12"

Place 1 sheet on ungreased cookie sheet

Spread mustard on pastry; add ham & cheese slices.

Top with second pastry sheet.

Crimp edges together & brush with egg wash.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cut into squares
