Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Mazola oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teasp salt
  • 1 teasp pepper
  • 1 lg can white Shoepy corn (drained)
  • 1 sml can LaSeur english peas (drained)
  • 1 sml can LaSeur french sliced green beans (drained)
  • 1 cup celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 2 bunches green onion (finely chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil; let cool.

Combine vegetables & dressing.

Cover & refrigerate; best when made 2-3 days before needed.

Serve cold.
