Chicken in Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (cut up into pieces)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 - 1 cup white wine
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 lg carton sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up chicken and place in a sprayed baking dish.

Combine soup, wine & mushrooms together & pour over chicken, cover with foil.

Bake @350 degrees for 1 hour.

Remove chicken from dish and set aside.

Stir in sour cream to mixture in baking dish.

Place chicken back in baking dish & spoon wine gravy over chicken.

Serve hot.
