Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teasp vanilla
- 3 lg eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teasp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Blend melted butter, sugar & vanilla in medium bowl.
Add eggs and beat well with spoon.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder & salt, gradually add to egg mixture until well blended.
Spread in a sprayed 8" X 8" baking pan.
Bake @350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from the edges of the pan.
Cool & cut into squares.
Store in airtight container.
