Pecan or Almond Clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz pkg almonds or pecans
  • 1 small pkgs caramel candies
  • 1 12oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4-6 tblsp cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Toast almonds or pecans for 8 minutes on cookie sheet.

Spray mini muffin tins.

Place 1 tblsp of nuts into each tin.

Cut caramel pieces into 4ths & place 1/4 into each tin on top of nuts.

Heat in oven until caramel is just melted.

Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler with cream until smooth.

Drop chocolate into muffin tins.

Let set.

Remove from tins & store in an airtight container at room temperature.
