Refrigerator Rolls

This dough can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days and used a little at a time as needed

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tblsp + 1 teasp baking powder
- 1 teasp salt
- 1/2 teasp soda
- 2 cups buttermilk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lukewarm water & yeast, set aside.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Combine all liquid ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients with yeast water, add liquid ingredients.
Mix well.
Knead 2-3 times. Place in large bowl & cover.
Let rise 1 hour.
