Ingredients

  • GROUP ONE:
  • 1 # Neese's Extra Sage Sausage Browned & Drained. Set Aside
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion Diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 Stalks Celery Diced
  • 1 t Dried Thyme
  • 1 t Dried Sage
  • 2 T Butter
  • GROUP TWO:
  • 2 Apples Cored, Peeled & Sliced Thin
  • GROUP THREE:
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 16 oz Chicken Stock (or 1/2 H2O & 1/2 Stock)
  • 14 oz Bag PF Herbed Stuffing
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

GROUP ONE:
Large Skillet Medium Heat, Add Butter, Saute All Ingredients Until Soft & Tender.

ADD GROUP TWO, Saute 1-2 Minutes.

GROUP THREE:
Large Pot Low Heat, Add Butter, All Ingredients. Mix Well. Add Water if Needed, Mixture Should be Thick & Moist, NOT Runny.

Preheat Oven 350F.

Large Bowl Combine Sausae, All Groups, Mix Well.
ADD Salt & Pepper as Needed.

9x12x2 Pyrex Dish Sprayed, Add Mixture & Cover with Foil, Bake 20 Minutes. Un-cover, Bake Until Top is Brown, 15 Minutes.
