Ingredients
- Fresh Asparagus
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
- Fresh squeezed Lemon
- Kosher or Sea Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Boil pot of water.
Prepare bowl of ice water.
Cook asparagus in covered pot for 1 minute or until desired doneness. (taste one)
Immediately put asparagus in ice water.
Put on platter and drizzle with olive oil and squeeze with lemon.
Preheat broiler. Put on highest rack. Brush asparagus with olive oil, broil wuntil heated through. 2-3 minutes. Squeeze with lemon and sprinkle with kosher salt.
