Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 tsp garlic pepper
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 cup salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle pork chops with pepper. Brown chops in oil.
Remove and keep warm. In same pan, combine pineapple and salsa. Bring to a boil. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
