Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese
- 1 pkt. (55 g) dry onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2/3 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
- Ritz Crackers
Preparation
Step 1
MIX first 4 ingredients until blended.
SHAPE into log; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours.
UNWRAP log; roll in nuts. Firmly press nuts into log to secure. Serve with crackers.
