Corn Casserole IV

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 lg bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 lg onion (chopped)
  • 1 jar pimentos (optional)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 6 slices Velvetta Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, bell pepper and onion in a skillet & cook until tender.

Add pimentos, soup, corn & rice.

Pour into a casserole dish and top with cheese,cover.

Bake @375 degrees for 45 minutes.
