Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Light corn syrup
  • 3 Eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tblsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Pecan halves
  • 1 Unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk first 5 ingredients.

Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake approximately 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Let cool at least 1 hour.
