Blueberry Turnovers

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling (or any other flavor)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3-6 tblsp milk
  • 1 teasp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cut puff pastries into squares.

Place a heaping tblsp of pie filling in the center.

Fold over to make a triangle.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet & bake @375 until brown.

Combine powdered sugar, milk & vanilla; whisk until smooth.

Remove from oven & let stand 5 minutes.

Drizzle with icing.

Serve warm.
