Mini Brownie Squares

Ingredients

• 1 box brownie mix & ingred. to prepare
• 1 carton ice cream (soften a little)
• 1 can Hersheys chocolate syrup
• 1 pint fresh strawberries (washed & thinly sliced)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare brownies according to pkg directions; aside to cool.

Soften ice cream a bit.

Cut brownies into small squares & cut in half.

Spread center with ice cream.

Place top on brownie; drizzle with chocolate syrup

Top each one with a slice of strawberry or a cherry secured with a toothpick.
