Ingredients
- 1 ⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon skim or 2% milk
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 ⁄8 teaspoon each sugar, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce (1 head)
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together mayonnaise, milk, onion, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, stir in a little more milk.
Toss dressing with romaine and serve immediately.
