Mom-Mom's Meatballs

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 nice handfuls of breadcrumbs
• 2 pinches (big size) of salt
• 3 pinches of garlic powder
• 1 nice handful of macaroni cheese
• Ground mix of beef, pork and veal (also called meatloaf mix)

Preparation

Step 1

-mix all ingredients in stand mixer until combined
-form meatballs to about 2 inch diameter
-fry in hot oil; not too much oil


-add to gravy once it starts to boil
