Sauces: Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • salt, pinch
  • 1/2 - 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 - 1 t vanilla
  • 1 T butter, optional
  • 1 T coffee

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add 1/2 cup water, or more if necessary. Cook slowly, stirring until desired thickness. Add vanilla and butter. Serve warm.
