Glazed Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 T water
  • 4 cups pecan halves
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 3/4 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix white and water until foamy, add pecan halves. Stir until coated. In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add pecans and stir until all the sugar-cinnamon-salt mixture coats pecans.

On foil lined baking sheet put pecans, spread out evenly. Bake at 250* for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Let cool before eating. ( I use a Silpat baking mat instead of the foil)
