• 1 gallon sliced potatoes
• 1 stick butter
• l large onion
• bundle green top onions
• bunch of parsley
• salt, pepper and Accent seasoning
• one crock pot or roaster

Preparation

Step 1

chop onion
saute chopped onion in butter

chop/slice green onions into small pieces including green stem

chop parsley into small pieces

into crock pot put the following layers and repeat until ingredients gone

layer of potatoes
sauted onion
green onions
parsley
salt, pepper and accent seasoning

repeat layers

cook on warm for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
mixing after each 45 minutes
