Ingredients
- Puffs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- Filling
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup chocolate frosting
- 2 tablespoon pistachios

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 375
in saucepan combine water, butter, salt
bring to boil over high heat
add flour all at once
stir vigorously about 1 minute or until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms into ball
place dough into ball, add eggs and whisk until smooth and very think
lightly spray mini muffin pan
use small scoop to scoop batter into cups
bake 22-25 min until deep golden brown
make small cut into side of puff to release excess steam
cool completely
add filling into each puff
