  • Sauce
  • 1 cup oil (Olive, canola, or veg)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • Dip
  • 1 Onion (yellow or white)
  • 3 each red/yellow/orange peppers (diced)
  • 1 can (14-16 oz) corn
  • 1 can (14-16 oz) black beans
  • 1 can (14-16oz) kidney beans
  • 1 can (14-16 oz) white bean/ great northern bean

Preparation

Step 1

Sauce
Combine the three ingrediants and bring to a boil on stove

Dip
Combine remaining ingrediants then add sauce mixture. Stir well and leave in refridgerator 12-24 hours before serving.
