Fried Potatoes , Onions & Okra

Ingredients

  • 5 lg Potatoes (peeled and washed)
  • 1 lg Onion (peeled)
  • 1 pkg Okra (cut & breaded with cornmeal)
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Heat approximately 1-2 inches of oil in skillet medium - high heat

Cut potatoes length wise & cut onions in rings

Place all ingredients in heated oil

Salt & Pepper to taste.

Turn with spatula when potatoes & okra start to brown

Drain on plate with a paper towel & serve warm
