Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (boiled & deboned)
  • 1 lg pkg noodles
  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 onion (peeled & finely chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom Soup
  • 1 tblsp chili powder
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

After boiling and deboning chicken, cut into bite size pieces, set aside.

Cook noodles in the water you boiled the chicken in & drain.

In a skillet, melt butter & saute onions & bell pepper until tender.

Add soup, tomatoes, cheese, chili powder & salt, heat.

Combine soup mixture with noodles & chicken and pour into a sprayed baking dish.

Bake @350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
