Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 lg round steak, cut into 4 equal portions.
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Place cut up round steak in an 8"X8" baking dish.

Add onion soup mix, tomatoes and water.

Cover with foil.

Bake @375 degrees for 1 hour.
