Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  • 1 cup chives or green onions (minced)
  • 1 teasp garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream all ingredients together & spoon out on sheet of Saran Wrap Plastic. Roll up into a tube shape and close ends.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

To use, cut slices and place on a freshly grilled steak or fish and allow to melt.
