Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 8 oz pkg crescent rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
- 8 lg eggs , lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 teasp oregano
- 1/2 teasp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Brown and drain sausage, set aside.
Place separated rolls with point to the center on a 12" pizza pan.
Press bottom and sides to form crust.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 5 minutes on lower rack of oven.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
Spoon sausage on crust.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Combine eggs, milk, oregano and salt; pour over sausage and cheese.
Bake @350 degrees on lower rack of oven for 30-35 minutes.
Cut with a pizza cutter and serve warm.
