Ingredients
- 8 lg egg yolks
- 6 cups milk
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tblsp vanilla
- 2 tblsp ground nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Blend eggs with electric mixer or whisk.
Add all other ingredients except nutmeg.
Blend well.
Chill. Whisk again before serving.
Pour into cups and sprinkle with nutmeg
