Healthy Lasagna

  • 1 package ground turkey
  • 2 containers of friendship 1% whipped cottage cheese.
  • 2-3 green peppers
  • 1 white or yellow onion
  • mushrooms and/or other veggies that you want
  • tomato sauce
  • 1 box of brown rice pasta lasagna noodles
  • panko crumbs
  • parmesean cheese
  • olive oil



Step 1

-Cook the veggies and meat the way you would like, you simply layer like a normal lasagna. Cook the noodles ahead of time.

Layer the Lasagna in this order:

noodle --> sauce--> veggie/beef mixture --> cottage cheese -->repeat

-Top the dish with a mixture of parmesean cheese with some panko crumbs and olive oil and spread it on top.

Baked at 325 for 40-45 min.
