Harvey Wallbanger

—Adapted from Don Lee of Golden Cadillac, New York. You can approximate the clarified orange juice used in this drink by straining orange juice and punching it up with lemon juice. Shown pictured on right.

Ingredients

• 2 ounces orange juice
• 1/4 ounce lemon juice
• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1/2 ounce Galliano liqueur
• 1 dash Angostura orange bitters
• ice
• half-wheel of orange sprinkled with coarse salt, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Strain orange juice through a coffee filter into a mixing glass and stir in lemon juice. Add vodka, Galliano liqueur and Angostura orange bitters and stir with ice. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a half-wheel of orange sprinkled with coarse salt.
