emerson's hospitality chili

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 pounds ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 cups kidney beans(do not drain)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 11 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Preparation

Step 1

simmer ground beef, onion, and some water. when the meat is cooked, drain grease. add the rest of the ingredients. adjust spices to taste.
