ROASTED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash potatoes cut into wedges rinse and dry. Heat oil, add potatoes and seasoning toll well. Cook 25-30 minutes. Shake pan occasionally. Serve immediately.
