Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed fresh Strawberries
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 1 Package Dry Pectin (1 3/4 oz)
  • 3/4 cup Water

Details

Preparation

Step 1

1) Mix Strawberries and Sugar, let stand 10 minutes.
2) Stir Pectin into Water in a small sauce pan and boil over medium heat for 1 minute.
3) Stir the boiling Water into the Strawberries.
4) Allow to stand for 3 minutes before putting in jars.
5) Place tops on jars and leave for 24 hours.
6) Place into freezer and store until ready for use.
