Chicken with Stove Top

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups hot water
• 1/2 stick butter, melted
• 6 oz pkg Stove Top stuffing mix
• 6 pieces of chicken (@ 1 1/2 lb)
• 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/3 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix hot water, butter and stuffing mix. Set aside.

Bake chicken at 375 for 1/2 hour. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Top with stuffing. Return to oven for another 1/2 hour or until chicken is done.
