Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 med. onions sliced
- 3 med. peppers ,red , yellow ,and green , makes it look better
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 4 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 can diced tomatoes

Step 1
Heat oil add onionsand cook over med. heat , while slicing peppers .
Add remaining ingredients cook about 10 minutes , vegetables should be slighty crunchy .
Thick can be used with chicken , pork or link sausage
