Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. canned corn, well drained
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together. Blend milk and egg together. Add gradually to dry ingred. Stir in corn. Drop from tsp into oil heated to 375 degrees. Fry 2 to 3 min. until golden brown. Serve hot with butter and syrup
