Ingredients
- 1 TBS corn syrup, clear or dark
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 TBS bourbon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Bring all ingredients to boil in saucepan, then simmer and stir for 1 minute
or longer, until sugars are dissolved.
Serve warm over warm bread pudding, top with whipped cream. This sauce is
rich, so use at your own risk.
