Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3 oz) log goat cheese, softened
- 1 T chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 t honey
- 1 t coarsely ground pepper
- Fig preserves

Step 1
Grease a miniature loafpan or a 1-1/2 cup cold; line with plastic wrap, making it smooth and allowing edges to extend slightly over edges of pan or mold. Set aside.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 5 ingredients to bowl. Process 15 seconds or until smooth. (Or beat ingredients at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.)
Spoon cheese mixture into prepared pan or mold. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Unmold cheese onto a serving plate; remove plastic wrap. Stir preserves, and spoon desired amount over cheese. Serve with baguette toasts, bagel chips or crackers.
Can also be shaped freeform into a log about 7" or 8" long; wrap it in wax paper to chill.
