Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
- dash cayenne pepper
- 2 1/2 pounds fully cooked meatballs

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir meatballs into sauce; heat through.
