Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels (crush to crumb if you can)
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 large (6 oz) box Strawberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen sweetened strawberries (drain as well as you can but don't rinse)
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the 1st group (pret, butter & sugar). Press into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool

Mix together 2nd group (cream cheese, sugar & cool whip); spread over the cooled pretzel crust

Dissolve Jello in the boiling water. Stir in the drained strawberries and undrained pineapple. Pour over the cream cheese layer. Refridgerate until set - AT LEAST 8 HOURS.
