Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 2 Cups Corn Meal
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Butter Milk
  • 8 oz Creamed Corn

Preparation

Step 1

9x13 pan @ 425 degrees
put pan in oven so that pan gets hot
Combine all dry ingredients and add them to wet ingredients. to JUST combine ingredients, if too dry add buttermilk, mixture should look like very think pancake batter.
Bake 30mins or until center is cooked though
