Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 7/8 cup milk (and egg)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients and shortening.
Add milk.
Stir until moistened.
Flour hands and put in ball. Flatlten with hands and cut in to biscuit. Moisten top with milk.
Bake at 375 degrees until light brown.
