Vegetables: Broccoli/Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  • Put in casserole dish. Cover with sauce:
  • Blanch broccoli and cauliflower pieces for 2 minutes
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Add:
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sauteed bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven until bubbly.
