Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or butterscotch chips)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix milk and sugar in pan over medium heat. Heat to boiling and then cook for 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and melt. Pour into a greased 9” pan. Cook and cut into squares.
