Salmon with Cirtrus-spice glaze

  • In small bowl mix until sugar dissolves:
  • 3 T packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 T orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • Salmon – center cut, skin on (6 0z each)
