Ingredients
- This recipe is for a large 9"X13" recipe, but can be made into 2 - 9" pie pans
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 lg bananas (sliced)
- 2 tblsp lemon juice
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 9 oz Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries
- chocolate and/or caramel syrup to drizzle
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, sugar & graham cracker crumbs. Reserve 1/4 of mixture.
Press into baking dish or 2 pie pans.
Bake @350 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Cream together with electric mixer, cream cheese & sugar.
Spread evenly over baked crust.
Toss banana slices with lemon juice & place banana slices in a single layer over cream cheese mixture.
Spread pineapple over bananas.
Cover with whipped topping, chocolate syrup/caramel sauce, pecans, cherries & remainder of graham cracker mixture.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
