Ingredients
- 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 2 tblsp flour
- 1 med-lg egg
- 1 small onion (minced - optional)
- 2 teasp salt
- 1/4 cup Oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oil in skillet.
Mix ingredients together well.
Spoon heaping tblsp of mixture into hot oil & mash down to form a pattie.
Fry until brown then turn to brown other side.
Drain on paper towel.
