Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 3/4 cup raisins
- ................................
- Cinnamon/Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in bread machine, waiting to add raisins until the beep sounds for additions. Set machine for DOUGH CYCLE.
When cucle ends, punch dough down lightly and roll on lightly floured surface into a large rectangle. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon/sugar - to taste. You can also brush the dough with mewlted butter first, leaving one-inch along the edges untouched.
Bake at 350 degrees in my 10-inch KAF loaf pan, tenting with foil after about 20 minutes to ensure that the bread does not over-brown.
Bake till center reads 210-212 degrees with an instant-read thermometer.
Keep refrigerated in a plastic bag. It slices beautifully for toast when chilled.
