Orange Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup marg.
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbl Spoon grated orange rind
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Icing
• 1 Tbl Spoon Orange Juice
• 1 Tsp Grated Orange Rind
• 1 Tbl Spoon Butter
• 1 cup Powder Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Blend marg. sugar, salt and eggs. Add grated orange rind and juice
Add dry ingredients
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet
Bake 350 degrees 12-15 min or until delicatly brown

Put icing on cookies while cookies are warm

Blend Orange Juice And Rind With Butter. Stir in powder Sugar Beat Till Smooth
