• 1/2 pound ground beef
• 1 onion
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup water
• salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Step 1

Heat skillet while seasoning ground beef.

Make patties with ground beef.

Place all patties in hot skilled and cook until brown with no pink in the middle.

Add sliced onions and cook. remove meat and add flour stirring until dissolved. add water slowly and cdook until gravy is thick; add seasoning as needed
