White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

• 2 TBSP butter
• 1 onion chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
• 4 small cans chopped green chilis
• 2 cans great Northern Beans
• 3 cans chicken broth
• 1 TBSP oregano
• 1 TBSP cumin
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté the garlic and onion in the butter. Rinse and add the beans along with the chicken, broth, spices, and green chilis. Simmer one hour. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and cream cheese.
